Logements spacieux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. (Ventilateurs au plafond plus climatiseur dans toutes les pièces, cecqui permet de choisir à tout moment entre clim et ventilo) Service au top, ménage plusieurs fois par semaine. Piscines toujours propre grace au passage du pisciniste régulièrement. Accueil parfait .Hôte discret mais super disponible en cas de besoin, et de bon conseil pour les activités à faire dans la region.

Nicolas nous a très bien accueillis dans une maison qui correspond en tout points à l’annonce en ligne. Seul bémol : les locataires précédents ont laissés les couvertures qui empestaient le chien mouillé et la machine à laver n’essore pas très bien. Mention spéciale pour la piscine très bien chauffée qui nous attendait après nos randos et escapades dans toute l’île. Merci à son hospitalité et sa gentillesse, c’est une location sûre

un super voyage sur l'iles de la réunion

Nicolas le propriétaire est a l'écoute et a de très bon conseils sur tous les points , la villa est top avec son espace extérieur couvert , sa grande baie vitrée , la cuisine du logement est très bien équipé et la piscine est chauffé a 30 degrés , les chambres sont grandes avec toute une salle de bains privée , les lits sont très confortables . chaque chambre est climatisées . le quartier est très calme . la voiture est garer dans la cour fermé .il y as vraiment tous pour passer un très bon séjours a la réunion . on as passé un super séjours . merci encore a Nicolas

La villa Soa est tout simplement un havre de paix. Nicolas le propriétaire a toujours été disponible et de très bons conseils pour tout. Une parenthèse de bonheur avec aussi les merveilleux massages de Monica. Tout simplement un grand merci.

Nos vacances à la Réunion

Pour notre premièr voyage sur l' Île de la Réunion, tout était parfait ! La maison top ! très bien pensée, le quartier calme et tranquille, et la maison est à proximitée de tous les sites. Les hotes, Nicolas et Monica sont bienveillants et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous sommes répartis avec des souvenirs incroyables. Bonne continuation a vous.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, la villa offre un cadre exceptionnel et nous nous y sommes rapidement sentis comme chez nous. Pas de vis à vis, suffisamment spacieuse pour que nous ne soyons pas les uns sur les autres lorsque nous sommes nombreux, elle convient parfaitement aux personnes à mobilité réduite. la décoration est réalisée avec goût et la terrasse extérieure est un réel atout pour se retrouver. Nicolas est un hôte accueillant, disponible et avec qui il est agréable de discuter, Monica l'est tout autant et nous avons apprécié +++ les massages qu'elles proposent, notre conseil: les faire en début de séjour pour savourer les bienfaits qu'ils procurent. Big up pour la Villa SOA

Nicolas est un hôte parfait attentif, réactif et très sympathique. l'hébergement est en tout point conforme a ce qui était annoncé. le charme et le confort avec le plus de la piscine, tout est bien pensé et aménagé pour passer un séjour magnifique dans cette île de rêve. Je recommande sans réserve la villa Soa.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Nicolas war super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit bei jeder noch so kleinen Frage, hat uns immer tolle Tipps gegeben, was wir uns noch ansehen sollten. Monika, die Reinigungskraft, ist ein herzensguter Mensch. Da wir kein Französisch sprechen hatten wir mit den kreativen Übersetzungen von Google translate viel mit Nicolas und Monika gelacht. Auch wenn man kein Französisch spricht, sollte man die liebevoll zusammengestellte Informationsbroschüre vor der Anreise einmal komplett durchlesen. Nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an euch für die tolle Zeit, wir wären am liebsten gleich dort geblieben. Liebe Grüße Lara

Très bon accueil par Nicolas. De très bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Logement très propre, fonctionnel. Trois chambres très appréciables avec leur sdb et toilette pour deux. Troisième toilette commun au logement. Idéal pour trois couples. Toutes les chambres avec TV. Grande terrasse ombragée avec tv grand écran. Piscine non chloré, de taille suffisante pour un bon bain au retour des randos. Logement proche des commerces, à 5mn en voiture. Point de départ idéal pour rando cilaos, volcan et à 30mn de St leu. Expérience à renouveler en famille ou entre amis

Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de très bonnes vacances: Très bonne organisation de l'accueil, Nicolas est très sympathique, très dévoué et très arrangeant quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ dans la mesure du possible bien entendu! La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et avec tout le confort. Endroit calme et bien situé dans St Louis. Merci à Monica pour le ménage.
