Leu Ti Serin is located at an altitude of 300m, on the 1st floor of a small quiet residence (access via a staircase), in the immediate vicinity of the small centre of Piton Saint Leu (bakery, delicatessen, greengrocer, pharmacy and other small shops 2 minutes walk away) and 5 minutes by car from the Route des Tamarins (RN1) and the shopping centre.
Saint Leu and its beaches are accessible in 20 minutes by car.

The studio has a surface area of 33m2 (including 10m2 of veranda).
It is through, well ventilated and air-conditioned.
It was tastefully fitted out and decorated in 2023.
It is oriented on the mountain side, the entrance is on the sea side.
It is on the 1st floor of a small quiet residence .
Access is by a staircase.

On the outdoor side, you will be lulled by the song of the birds.

It is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover Reunion Island, alone, as a couple or with 2 friends (the studio has real bedding, mattresses and box springs that can be combined into 1 double bed in 160x200cm or 2 single beds in 80x200cm).

1 Parking space is allocated to the studio in the outdoor car park of the residence.
