The Flamboyant Villa, Between Ocean and Mountains

Our villa has been designed on a large family plot of 1600 m², with trees, fenced, not overlooked so that you can enjoy the living rooms indoors and outdoors all year round by the pool or at your disposal. the shade of the mango trees, the endemic trees, the perfumes that the jasmines of the night procures, according to the season, Ylang Ylang.
the geographical situation of the villa (200m of altitude) allows to join the road of the tamarins in 5 minutes to be able to take the multiple directions to visit our island.
10 minutes from St Leu for beaches, restaurants, bars, museums, underwater and nautical activities or for its best paragliding spot, the location will not leave you indifferent to the charms of our island acquired during your stay!

Très agréable maison pour un séjour magnifique

Tout d'abord, un grand merci aux propriétaires qui se sont adaptée à notre retard d'avion de 12h, nous faisant arriver à la maison en pleine nuit. En plus, de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner nous attendait dans le frigo, un geste qui nous a touché compte tenu de l'impossibilité pour nous de faire des courses avant notre arrivée tardive sur place. La maison est idéalement située pour les différentes visites que nous avons réalisées. Par ailleurs, l'altitude, qui nous faisait perdre 3 à 4 par rapport à la température sur le littorale, la piscine et la climatisation étaient les bienvenues. La maison propose tout le confort nécessaire. Au final, nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur cette magnifique ile intense.Nous conservons cette excellente adresse pour un retour éventuel sur l'ile.

Une maison avec une superbe vue

Il en faudrait peu pour que cette maison soit parfaite, car en dehors de la literie et surtout des oreillers, tout était très bien! La piscine avec vue sur le lagon, les 3 chambres avec 2 salles de bains : idéal pour une famille en vacances à St Leu!

Sympathique maison avec vue sur l'océan

Maison agréable avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Grand jardin. Bien équipée pour une grande famille. Bonne situation géographique excepté pour se rendre au nord et à l'est compte tenu des embouteillages. Piscine peu utilisée car non chauffée (elle mériterait d'être repeinte). La literie de la chambre au rez de chaussée est à remplacer ainsi que le buffet à tiroirs un peu vieillot. La machine à laver fonctionne mais date également. Propriétaires agréables et disponibles mais il manquait une petite touche de bienvenue.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Olivier et son épouse son très agréables et disponibles. La maison et la terrasse sont spacieuses et bien équipé. superbe vue sur mer de la terrasse et piscine ou nous avons pu observer les baleines. Acceuil chaleureux de la part de Christine, on se sent comme chez soi. La maison est propre et correspond en tout point à l annonce de location. Non loin de St Leu, l emplacement est au calme avec une vue magnifique. Je recommande cette location ou nous avons séjourné en famille.

MAISON CONFORME AU DESCRIPTIF ET PHOTOS

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Très belle maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée dans un jardin magnifique avec vue sur l’Océan Indien A savoir qu’une des deux salles de bains avec toilettes est attenante à une chambre sur les deux qui se trouvent à l’étage. Un extérieur magnifique avec salon sous véranda bien agréable. Piscine entretenue par les propriétaires qui vous informent de leur passage. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cette maison

Maison parfaite pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge. Confortable et équipée. Très grande terrasse très pratique. Jardin avec des arbres fruitier! Piscine sécurisée, très grande, et profonde sur les 2/3. Magnifique vue! Situation très pratique (5 min de la route des Tamarins et petits commerces, 9 min d'un grand centre commercial). Les hôtes sont très gentils, de bons conseils et se sont adaptés à nos demandes! Merci. Un très beau séjour sur une île splendide.
