Le bonheur est à Filaos 😍

Magnifique location. Pour la 3ème fois que l'on venait à la Réunion c'est la plus belle vue que lon est eu et cerise sur le gâteau tous les matins au pdj c'était le défilé des baleines. Fabienne est vraiment sympathique et de bons conseils. Nous vous conseillons à 1000% c'est location ❤️ Encore merci Fabienne 😁

Chalet sur les hauteurs avec vue magnifique

Situé en hauteur, avec une vue dégagée sur la mer et ses magnifiques couchers de soleil. Chalet cocooning, bien aménagé, jolie terrasse couverte, avec stores à lattes pour être à l'ombre. Parking difficile d'accès, nous nous sommes garés dans la rue quand c'était possible ...! Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Proximité des commerces, plages, sites à visiter. Accueil sympathique de Yann et sa maman Fabienne. A recommander sans hésitation

Le chalet de Yan et Fabienne est parfait, tout est la (équipement complet, four, lave vaisselle, clim dans les chambres...) et la terrasse est incroyable, sans vis à vis, face au ☼ couchant, très beau. Ils sont sympathiques, très attentionnés ! Ils mettent tout oeuvre pour rendre les vacances cool et sympa, un grand merci!

Un moment délicieux

Le chalet est bien situé pour permettre un maximum de visites de l’île. L'accueil de Fabienne et Yan est chaleureux et attentionné. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Super chalet avec vue magnifique sur l'océan... A recommander!

Très agréable résidence en hauteur (5' de voiture du centre ville et 15' à pieds) ,avec sur la terrasse une vue magnifique sur la baie de Saint Leu, le bruit de la mer et le chant des oiseaux comme bruit de fond, bref nous avons appréciés ce lieu bien équipé et l'acceuil de ces propriétaires. Ecellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au chalet Filaos. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité de Yan et Fabienne, leur accueil chaleureux, et leur souplesse dans nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs nous ont permis d'être vraiment à l'aise, avec en prime une magnifique vue sur l'Océan Indien . Les équipements ont facilité notre séjour (diffuseur d’huiles essentielles , clim, lave linge, lave vaisselle, parasol et siège de plage...). Nous recommandons donc cette adresse.

Magnifique séjour

6 semaines dans le chalet filaos, le rêve à petit prix, tout est vrai dans les écrits des précédents locataires, s'il fallait rajouter un commentaire : nous avons pleuré en quittant Fabienne qui à elle seule par de sa personnalité a fait partie de la magie de nos vacances. Bisous à Miya (le petit chien), et gardons en images notre petit et unique cardinal du chalet.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Fabienne. Le chalet est super équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable. La vue sur l'océan avec le coucher de soleil est magnifique depuis la terrasse. Que dire de l'accueil de Fabienne et Yann ? Ils sont aux petits soins( grille pain en panne, un nouveau dans la journée) et un cadeau à notre départ. Merci à tous les deux pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil.

Description de la location et situation suffisamment précises. Location parfaite : propre, complète, fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire est serviable, disponible et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. De nos trois séjours à la Réunion, cette location était, de loin, la plus agréable : vue sur la mer, proximité de la ville, situation géographique parfaite pour sillonner l'Ile. Restaurants : le Lagon à St Leu et le Débarcadère à St Paul. Visite : le jardin d'Eden, la sucrerie et rhumerie de Bois rouge et surtout à ne pas louper les tunnels de laves... inoubliables. Pour les plus chanceux : l'éruption du volcan de jour et de nuit. Sans oublier les incontournables : randonnées dans le cirque de Mafate, l'ascension du Piton des Neiges, le trou de fer, les cascades : Bassin la Mer, Cascade de la paix...

Très bonne location sans surprise mais entrée / sortie du parking assez difficile en raison de la pe

Un très bon séjour dans le chalet Filaos qui est bien placé et bien équipé. Un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. St Leu est une bonne base pour découvrir le côté ouest de l'île et l'accès à la ville / plage est rapide. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.
