Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner requires appointments. Nice big rooms. Jacuzzi tub in every room.Close and walkable to private beaches. The tub and hair dryer was not working, but got fixed in a day.

We stayed post Melissa and they were working very hard to on repairs. The Signature side was being worked on as it was hit the hardest so we were placed in a third floor ocean view room. All the restaurants were open and events were taking place at various times. We happened to be there for their champagne tree lighting ceremony and it was beautiful. We have stayed at this resort a few times now and always love it. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. We will likely return in the future.

Gave it a four because their check-in process is a mess. It ruined the entire experience for us. Check-in is 3pm and we got there at 1:40pm. I was just exhausted that i just wanted to pay for the extra they did not get us a room till 3:40pm. Meanwhile, we had a 4 months old. Everything else was okay. The room was clean, kids pool was the highlight of our stay, lots of drinks, food and thw room was stocked with alcoholic,water and non-alcoholic drink everyday

It’s good, but not great. We enjoyed it but it could use a few updates and the standard rooms are VERY small.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would like more dining options though. We only got to find at one restaurant all the days and couldn’t get reservations for others.
