"Dont book the room for 3 persons because you can only reach it via a strange (self-built?) elevator. In case of electricity cut or or fire you will trapped in the room and cannot escape. No bathroom/toilett in the room so that you need to go by elevator up and down. The room can also not be locked. "

"Lovely accommodation on a small farm. The couple who run it are delightful and very friendly and helpful. The room has it's own access door, so I was able to take my dog in and out without disturbing the house. It's quite remote,but satnav takes you right to the door, although I wasn't clear how to access on arrival as there were two houses, however both are owned by the same couple, so didn't take long to figure it out. "This was a stopover going South and returning two weeks later, so only two nights in total. It is beautifully appointed, the bedrooms (en suite) are amazing and breakfast typically continental (bread, croissants, fruit juice, yoghurt etc) No evening meal available but an excellent restaurant within half a mile (ask madame) Would happily stay there again should the opportunity arise Very useful to have at least a smattering of French as I'm not sure she speaks any English, but, don't let that...

"Nice quiet location. Close to town of Alencon. Comfy large bed. Excellent spacious bathroom. Annie allowed us to park our motorbike in her garage for extra security. Fab breakfast served on the terrace outside the room. "
