"Amazing experience at Waves resort ! Outstanding service , fresh food , clean rooms and beautiful views!"

"A charming, older hotel with a fantastic view. Smaller in size, painted in tropical colors, it had a casual, homey feel. We had an issue with the shower head and it was fixed within hours; housekeeping does an excellent job. The mattress was nice and firm. Air conditioning works perfectly. The balcony had had a fantastic view of the sea. A quiet, relaxing vacation spot."

"I was disappointed with my visit. The staff morale was very poor, very unfriendly employees. The hotel frequently books large group events and the space is directly below many rooms, one night the music and noise continued past midnight. The restaurant prices are extremely high and poor quality, we enjoyed meals outside of the property as a result. The pool was closed for most of the day on one day of our visit for cleaning but when it reopened it was really cloudy and we noticed a foamy film buildup on the side of the pool. On a positive note, cleaning staff was very thorough and our room was well maintained. The beach is amazing and the hotel location was perfect. "

"The rooms had basic items for the kitchen - a few additional items like cutting board, strainer, blender, paper towels would be great. Also let guests know that they need to bring dish clothes, dishsoap, handsoap, shampoo etc. It not a big issue but helps to prepare guests Biggest suggestion would be to have loungers and sun shades available on the beach as part of the resort amenity. This would definitely add to the visit experience"

"My corner room was not ready so they gave me a suite , witch was fantastic plus there faculties are good great beach , beautiful "

"This place is amazing and a true gem. Not only is the architecture impressive but the way it blends with the sea is perfection. The Crane has a small town feel to it; you don’t have to leave the property for dinner, shopping, drinks or music."

"I had the best experience from the time me and my friends arrived at the place till we left the place was clean and the staff were very nice the food was ok drinks were great overall the experience was really good joel was one of the great staff there that made the experience even better hi was very helpful very welcoming "
