When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one. When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one. "The hotel was fine, service from staff was excellent, but our room was in the roof section of the third floor, and with the heatwave it was impossibly hot all night. Even with the skylights open and the two fans on. The room really needs air-conditioning. "

"The staff is incredibly nice ...the room is big with super bathroom. Yet, there's no air-conditioning which I knew that, so, no complaining. I had to move the bed to get something that fell ...not clean at all. So, if that didn't happen...it looked so clean...bathroom, etc. The fridge was super clean. Most important, I booked early and had an unbelievable low price. A bit far from the center for those who don't like to walk. Overall...sooooo nice . "
