"Lovely staff here. They make it great. Design wise a bit odd and a bit confusing with a hotel attached to apartments. Listing made it seem like a rental property with need to arrange key handoff in advance, but there is actually a front desk. Lighting a bit harsh. Drain was blocked up in shower/bathroom which turned it into a lake. But comfortable enough, and good price."

"The house is spacious and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The children (and adults!) loved the pool and the natural frog and fish ponds seem to do the trick keeping mosquitos at bay. Ricardo and his wife made us feel totally welcome - even supplying balloons for my baby granddaughter’s birthday. There were 10 of us including 3 young children and this was the perfect paradise for us to stay."
