Nous avons reçu des nouvelles serviettes, mais il aurait apprécié d’arriver dans un endroit propre, car techniquement le ménage est inclus dans le prix. La communication avec les hosts était très bien. Ils répondaient rapidement et poliment."

Overflowing dirty water into a lower-level shower is also a health and safety concern.Lack of timely response — Calling several times and only reaching voicemail when the situation is urgent would make anyone feel abandoned.Poor customer service — Finally getting through only to be put on hold because your French...
