"I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. Nevermind... ridiculous.) Dear Hotel Le Terral, use my money wisely."

"Ma réservation je l’ai fait en ligne... tout était bon.. puis j’arrive le lendemain soir devant l’hotel qui est en travaux ce qui m’explique pourquoi le téléphone ne marchais pas. Cependant... l’hôtel a quand même débiter les 50€ sur ma carte. Inadmissible. Et depuis, plus de réponse de l’hotel."
