"The room was only cleaned every second day. At over $200 a night, I think it would be reasonable to have someone change the towels and vacuum the floor daily. Onthe secound day . On the way out we stopped by the front desk and asked for fresh towels to be placed in our room. When we returned, the towels hadn't been delivered, so we had to call the front desk again.
