Thank you so much!! One of tricky things a live living on the islands is we have spotty cell phone service with some areas being dead zones. Texting is more reliable as we can’t see a “missed” call unless the caller leaves a message. Sorry about that little hiccup.

Hey Cynthia…. Thanks for the note about the front door appearance. We mentioned to the regime that we had lost a star because of the area needed to be more tidy. Instead of waiting, we hired a painter and painted the door ourselves so all good now!

Oh I’m sorry about the parking. The parking seemed to be fine until our little island was discovered during the pandemic 😃. You could pull right up to the building, no problem. But now the bigger cars park by the fitness center and just walk through the parking lot. Sort of like the same distance as if you went to a hotel and had to walk to your room. But not that far really. And now that you’ve mentioned the need for more outlets (no one ever has) I will check in to that immediately. If you had called me I would have run over a power strip. As a matter of fact, I’m going to add a power strip this week. Thanks for staying with us, 🌴Kathy

Apologies on the challenging washer and dryer's. The coin-less operated machines are part of the newer technology that we too find confusing at times. Thank you for staying with us and enjoying the beach & domino's.

Thank you for staying with us Timothy. We never heard from you, until this review, that you would have liked more toilet paper. Typically our guests bring their own paper products but if you needed more toilet paper, one of us could have brought some from our house to share with you. And the board, sorry your friend experienced pain while at our place. We will definitely check on that! Oh the kitchen is well stocked with anything one might need to prepare a meal. And we left the kitchen as it was originally because it’s adorable to us.

Seriously William?! We talked to you every single day and walked you through all things even the basics of how to get upstairs to the ice machine. We called the regime manager about the ice machine but obviously we have to depend on another to repair same. It is clearly advertised that this owner is not a club member and does not have access to amenity cards. For this reason we have this efficiency unit priced accordingly. The Sunsuites that have amenity card options are almost double in price per night. This unit is the least expensive property on the whole island! And for the future, keep in mind that each property on Fripp is owned by individuals that may or may not be a club member. Our company represents most club members but some are not. There is no reason to rent from another company just rent a house that has amenity cards if that is what you desire. In a nut shell, William, read thoroughly before you rent so the next person gets a fair rating based on the property, the attentiveness of the management company and the cleanliness because those are things we can control and work very hard to make perfect for our guests.
