About this property
Casa De Chill - Quiet 4 BR w/ Golf Course and Partial Ocean View
- Welcome to Casa De Chill where your family will enjoy a spacious home on the Ocean Point Golf Course on Fripp Island. In a short golf cart ride you will have access to a picturesque private beach, swimming pools, multiple restaurants and two golf courses. After a day in the sun, spend the evening relaxing on the deck or sitting by the fire pit complete with a partial ocean view. The house includes luxurious linens, smart TVs and all of your beach supplies.
Reservations completed through September 30, 2024 will include a 6 seater golf cart. For reservations after this date, please contact the host for availability of a golf cart.
Fripp Island Amenity Cards are available for purchase. Guests MUST purchase these if you want to access the Fripp Island Resort pools, tennis courts, restaurants, & the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards must be purchased through us for guests 13 and older. Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort has set the amenity card fee as follows:
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
Please note, effective February 2023, Fripp Island Resort will assess a 12.8% Resort Fee in addition to the cost of the Amenity Cards for Guests that wish to access the Resort Amenities. The Resort Fee will be calculated on the Nightly Rental before taxes, fees and amenity cards.
