We had a delightful stay here. The condo was extremely clean and so comfortable! Great location right on the marsh - wonderful view on screened porch with rockers. The condo had everything we needed and had some nice upgrades. We give it 5 stars!

Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed when we got there. Good view of the marsh from the screened in porch. Golf cart and amenity cards available really added to the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!
This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!

The property was as advertised. Excellent location. We had a great experience with Steve the owner. He answered all of our questions and provided great recommendations. The amenity cards were useful and the golf cart was essential. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway
Steve was very prompt in his communication with us. They are in the process of preparing the parking lot to be repaved. Steve prepared us for that prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before in a different unit. Steve's was much more fresh and updated than the other unit we stayed in. Fripp Island has become a favorite destination for our family.

Highly recommend and will definitely be back
Steve was very communicative and gave us all kinda of info about the island and everything around and kept in touch on the day of our arrival. The condo was very clean and nice and taken care of and the kitchen had everything you could need or want and in a good location to everything. The screened in back porch was a plus and we used it just about everyday. The beds and couches where very comfortable. And the bathrooms where very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great condo and great location!
We loved this condo for the week. The location is an easy walk to the beach when you are carrying everything, or an even quicker walk when it's just coffee or wine! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The furniture is very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and plenty of dishes. The screened deck was great - we sat out there every morning and evening almost. There is a back staircase off the deck leading to the grill and dock, making it easy to access. Met a couple of neighbors who were owners and everyone is super friendly at Fripp. Communication with Steve & Millie was great - they sent us all the info we needed and the resort calendar even. We will definitely stay there again!

Simply Wonderful!
The condo is perfect for my family of three to stay for our week long vacation to Fripp Island. The kitchen is well equipped, bedding is comfortable and cozy, living area is set up nicely for an evening in with NetFlix and a Google speaker for listening to music. We loved it!

Broken lockbox, malfunctioning doors, and poor communication
Just before our arrival, the owner wrote to tell us that the electronic lock on the door was malfunctioning so the unit could not be entered by typing in a keycode, but that there was a separate lockbox with keys. When we arrived, the lockbox was also broken so we were stranded outside the unit with our groceries, including ice cream and other frozen groceries, for an hour while he had a cleaner some use her spare key to access the property. Half of our groceries melted and had to be thrown in the trash. Without a lockbox or electronic lock working, we had to keep our key with us at all times because the door would lock behind us when we left. This unfortunately led to us getting locked out for 5 hours one evening when our key was lost swimming, and the owner charged us $50 for getting locked out even though a working lockbox or electronic lock (which the unit was supposed to have) would have prevented the situation. I offered to cover half the cost since losing a key was partially our fault too, but he never responded and simply submitted a charge for "damages". Disappointed that he was unwilling to have any conversation or acknowledge that his malfunctioning locks contributed to the situation. The money isn't the issue, the lack of communication was a problem.

A fantastic condo on a gorgeous island!
We just got back from a week in this condo on Fripp Island in South Carolina. We had an absolutely fabulous vacation. The condo was just right for the four of us -- me, my husband, and our two adult daughters. The condo was very clean, and had terrific features, like up to date technology, 3 TVs, an amazing view out of the back, a Keurig, a dishwasher, a washer and drier, and more. It was very conveniently located on the island. Fripp Island is truly gorgeous, with lots of amenities -- 5 pools, delicious restaurants, and a beautiful beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart -- what a fun way to get around the island! I can't say enough about how much we loved our vacation, and Steve was a terrific host. He was very responsive in answering questions and providing information about the island and the area, and checked in with us leading up to our departure to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Weekend Retreat
CLEAN!! Beautiful!! Safe!!! I traveled alone and felt very comfortable and secure. This condo was so welcoming! My favorite spot was the balcony with the rocking chairs. Sunsets are beautiful from this vantage point. Short walk to the resort amenities and beach. The hosts were very helpful throughout my stay and available. Felt I had made a very special connection with the hosts. Will be returning!!

Absolutely wonderful!
We’ve just returned from our stay at Fripp and can’t wait to return! The condo was as described and convenient to everything on the island. Steve and Millie were very helpful. The condo is well furnished and it’s clear it’s not just a rental. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We were unsure if we needed the golf cart, but were so glad to have it and park the car for a week. I was also pleased by the adherence to masking at shops and restaurants. They also don’t joke about the wildlife, we saw deer and many dolphins as well! We also had our kids go to camp for a day and they loved it, and I appreciated the break! I’d suggest doing this early in the trip because they met several friends as well. They also walked next door to take Tennis lessons, and Daniel was awesome with them. I loved that the island had class, but it didn’t prevent people from being very friendly. Fripp is a new favorite vacation spot for us!

Great condo!
My husband and I rented this condo so we could attend a wedding on Fripp Island. The condo was very clean, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. We really appreciated being able to get to amenity cards for Fripp Island. The condo was within walking distance to the beach club. Plus the owners were very helpful and great to work with. If we get the opportunity to return to Fripp Island we will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo Getaway
All you need to enjoy a wonderful beach getaway. Walkable to food and the beach, the location is perfect. Inside was very clean when we arrived and I felt safe staying here. The little view from the balcony is a stunner! Only issue I had was that someone was having a lot of fun above me for a few nights late into the evening. Nothing that can be controlled though and I travel with ear plugs so it wasn't a problem for me! Condos come with neighbors. Steve was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions I had before arriving. I believe this was the easiest and most stress free vacation rental experience I've ever had.

Very satisfied with this cute condo and our stay!
This property was very clean and met our expectations. It was central to all aspects of the island and walking distance from the beach. Nice little screened in porch to watch the tides change in the canal and the wildlife come and go! The kitchen had all of our basic needs as week cooked in it almost every day. Nice appliances. Modernized amenities throughout the condo. Steve was a wonderful host and communicated timely. Thanks for wonderful memories of Fripp!

Excellent Location!
My friend and I made a last minute decision to come to Fripp Island on this particular weekend. Both of us had never been so when we made the reservation, we were unsure of its exact location. However, upon arrival, we where thrilled that we were so close to our activities that weekend. And the villa was just as perfect! Clean, spacious, and beautiful view! And the owner kept us current with all of the island's events for the weekend. For once, I didn't have to do extensive research on where to go or what to do. All of that came from the owner, Steve. He was so gracious to keep me abreast of all of that where all we had to do was drive there, get access to the property, and have fun! Thanks, Steve, for making this one of the best weekend ever!

Wonderful intro to Fripp
Thank you Steve for all your communications, links, recommendations and suggestions to make our first time on Fripp a memorable one. Outstanding! This villa location is a wonderful option for beach and swimming pool lovers. Both accessible across the street. The rental also includes amenity cards -a must have-to access almost everything on the island i.e. pools, restaurants, golf courses and activities. Beach chairs and a golf cart are not included. We rented both-best way to experience the island and the beautiful beaches at low tide. The unit is clean and well kept. The screened in porch over looking the marsh is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of kitchen ware, pots/pans, and appliances. Thanks again Steve-we will be back!

Steve was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed being able to go out on the pier- the view was amazing . The condo kitchen is very well equipped and it is nice to have a washer/dryer.

Steve was excellent to work with. He communicated with us throughout the process. We were watching the weather since a storm was approaching. He monitored the situation and gave us feedback about the condition of the island. This villa is a wonderful option for beach lovers. The walk to the beach is short and manageable with a beach cart or wagon. The rental also includes amenity cards making the pool available. The kitchen is well stocked . There is a Kureg and a drip coffee pot. There's an ample selection of pots, pans, etc We enjoyed our time. We will definitely put the villa on our list of rentals to consider when returning

Great for families!
This was perfect for our family. I wasn’t on edge about kids breaking things, which was a great relief. The place was clean and stocked with essentials. The queen bed is exceptionally comfortable! My kids loved the sinks being a little lower so they could reach and we learned a lot with them from the fish and shell posters on the wall. Steve was helpful from start to finish. I would certainly return.

Last Minute Summer Trip
We booked the condo as a last minute summer vacation. The owners were phenomenal to work with especially for booking only a week prior to arrival! The condo was absolutely perfect and was much larger than the pictures lead you to believe. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The highlight of our trip was watching a dolphin swim by while sitting on the screened porch. Given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

We had a great time at this villa. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The owner was great to work with. We actually added a day at the last minute and he kept up with me via email and changed everything quickly so that we would be all set when we got there. A friend came down late at night to check in and everything went very smooth for her. The location is awesome! Just across the street from the ocean, pool, shops and more. This unit was also very private in the back. We enjoyed sitting on the deck multiple times a day and night. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable.

We had a great time
We are long time Fripp vacationers and go once or twice per year. This was our first time staying in Steve’s rental and we really enjoyed it. The condo was clean, in good condition and just as he described. My husband and kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing off of the dock behind the rental. We will definitely consider staying in this rental again!

Our 1 week stay at this very nice and comfortable villa was just what we anticipated it would be. On the second floor with a very comforting view of the marshes and the canal passing through it. It’s easy to watch the tide rise and fall from the sitting room window. Clean unit and wonderful AC for hot days. Easy beach access may take 5 minutes to get to beach. Easy stroll to Beach Club area where I woofed down two ice cream cones- back to back. Communication with villa owner Steve was without flaw. Highly recommend this unit. KN

Great Condo on Fripp
My wife, 2 small kids, and I made a last minute booking for an Easter trip to Fripp. The owner, Steve, got us set up and informed about Fripp immediately. He even called to give us a heads up about some bad weather coming through. Really went above and beyond. Condo has a great location right across from the Beach Club and an easy access to Fripp's big, beautiful beach. The condo also has 2 amenities cards, and our little ones really enjoyed swimming in the heated pool at the Cabana. If you are on Fripp, plan on bringing or renting bikes, the island is very bike-friendly!
