823 Bonito is a lovely 3 story home located centrally on Fripp Island with a beautiful marshland view! This pet friendly, custom 5 bedroom, 4.5-bath home was built on an oversized lot with plenty of room for family fun or events with Google Smart Home capabilities for your convienience. This home has two stories of wrap-around porches, taking advantage of the marsh view and allowing private access from each of the bedrooms. This home will comfortably sleep up to 11 comfortably.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite bath. Also on the second floor is a bunk room with a full bottom and twin on top and a queen bedroom, both with ensuite baths. All full bathrooms in the home have a tub shower combo! Lastly on the second floor is a TV room with a daybed and trundle. This bedroom has a private deck and the laundry room.

On the first floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and a half bath located near the entry for easy access. The open kitchen has brand-new appliances, countertops, and equipment allowing you to stay in and cook your favorite meals. There is an undercounter icemaker at the bar and an icemaker in the fridge for those hot summer days! A large, open living space combines the entry, dining room and kitchen for plenty of space to be together. Just a short walk to the beach or marina, this house is located amidst golf, pools, marina shops, tennis, and the beach!

Features of the home include high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, 6 Roku TV's (one in each bedroom and the living room) with smart tv capabilities and YouTube TV Streaming Services and Music. Google Smart Home Capabilities allow hands free commands throughout the home and on the main deck. Just say, hey google turn on the music! Other features include a basketball hoop in the driveway (byobasketball) and an indoor cornhole and 2nd fridge in the spacious garage. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island.

Also included in your rental are up to 11 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
