The Space:

728 Bonito is a lovely 2-story home located on the South end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Marina and Bonito Boathouse Restaurant, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many activities. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.



Both the primary and guest bedrooms are upstairs and include a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Large soaking tub and separate shower in the primary bathroom. Tub shower combo in the guest bedroom. The last guest bedroom is on the 1st floor and features a new queen bed and a shared bath with a tub shower combo. A queen-size sleeper sofa was recently added to the living room, along with new furniture, in 2025. The living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen, creating an inviting space to hang out and be together.



The kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect meals, full-size appliances, including a washer and dryer in the laundry room upstairs. There are 2 icemakers in the fridge! All bedrooms have a porch complete with seating to relax and take in the peace of the Lowcountry. The back porch off the primary bedroom has a great view and backs up directly to the Ocean Creek golf course. There are Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms plus 1 in the living room with your favorite streaming applications and high-speed wireless internet (4 TVs in total). This property is currently streaming only.

The home is backed directly up to the Ocean Creek Golf course and offers magnificent views of the range from the back decks.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
