The Space:

Welcome to 271 Deer Lake, a charming, dog-friendly single-story home nestled in the peaceful northern section of Fripp Island. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this inviting retreat offers comfortable accommodations and relaxing outdoor spaces for families and groups looking to enjoy a quiet island getaway.



The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms include a king-size bed and two twin beds, with a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.



The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to a screened-in porch overlooking the tranquil lake. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or take in the peaceful surroundings.



At the front of the home, a spacious deck furnished with rocking chairs overlooks the picturesque pond across the street, providing another inviting place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Fripp Island.



For entertainment, flat-screen TVs are provided in the bedrooms and living room, along with wireless internet throughout the home. A generously sized charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cooking and family gatherings.



Please note that access cards for the Deer Lake pool are not provided with this rental. However, guests can enjoy several other pools and amenities available throughout Fripp Island.



With its comfortable accommodations, peaceful setting, dog-friendly policy, and inviting outdoor spaces, 271 Deer Lake is a wonderful choice for a relaxing Fripp Island vacation.



A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.



Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
