This lovely 150m² villa welcomes you in a quiet Saint-François neighborhood, steps from the beach. Surrounded by a tropical garden, it's the perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy the Caribbean sun.

The 3 air-conditioned master suites guarantee comfort and privacy. Each has its own bathroom. The first suite with king size bed (180x200) offers a nice walk-in closet for your belongings. The second suite has a television and queen size bed (160x200), perfect for relaxing. The third suite with queen size bed (160x200) completes this cozy sleeping area.

The bright living room opens onto a beautiful covered terrace where you'll probably spend most of your time, facing the garden and pool. The kitchen is really well thought out with everything you need: wine cellar, American refrigerator, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and filter coffee maker, ice maker, oven, cooking plates... A barbecue completes the equipment for your grilling evenings.

The 8x4m saltwater pool with sun loungers awaits you for relaxing moments. Private parking and washing machine available. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people.
