This was a charming home with a beautiful layout that worked so well for our family (3 adults and 2 children). The pool deck needs to be replaced soon as it’s very soft in spots but other than that it was a great space and we enjoyed our 10 days very much!

Beautiful, Private & Spacious House

This house made our vacation all the more enjoyable. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet, and luxurious. The view of the backyard, with the private pool is absolutely gorgeous. Betty was very accommodating and help ensure that our stay here in Guadeloupe was pleasant. The price makes this house a bargain. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here instead of some resort/hotel where you'll be paying twice as much for less than half the amenities offered here. The house is located close to the popular beaches and the local town but you definitely need a car to get around.

Family Christmas Holiday

We appreciated the quality of the property as well as its features and its location. The house hosts 6 people with no effort (we were only 3) and it is equipped with all the necessary for a very comfortable holiday experience. We particularly appreciated the privacy that this property can offer. The location is very convenient to reach whatever in St. François. We are grateful to Betty (and Isabelle/Thierry as well) for their support and availability during our staying. Definitely we reccomend this fantastic place for a very relaxing holiday. - Luca

Fidèle à nos attentes

Bel maison toute équipée. Les lits étaient confortables, aménagement extérieur parfaite. La vaiselle était complète nous avons pu cuisiner. Air climatisé dans les chambres très apprécié. Piscine parfaite. Réponse très rapide de notre hôte lorsque nous avions des questions. Seul deux bémols, nous avons dû acheter du savon à main, des essuies tout et du papier de toilette car il n’y en avait pas ou pas suffisamment pour notre séjour. Et aussi, une très grosse demeure est en construction juste à côté nous avons été déranger par le bruit assez fort certaine journée par les travaux. Comme cette propriété est en construction depuis longtemps nous aurions aimé en être informé. Sachez que si vous louer prochainement les travaux ne serons pas terminé avant longtemps. Nous en profitions pour aller à la plage. Sans les travaux je recommande cette propriété de vacance.

Nous avez été très bien reçus dans cette maison à l emplacement idéal. Très proches des commerces, de la plage, du marché de la rotonde et de la marina. La maison est très bien équipée. Et la piscine a ravi les plus jeunes comme les plus vieux. Merci à Betty pour sa gentillesse et la facilité de contact, et à Isabelle et Thierry pour leur accueil.

Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Spacieux, bien situé et bien équipé. Thierry nous a très bien accueilli. Check in et check out adaptés à nos horaires d'avion. Seul petit bémol les robinetteries des douches vieillissantes et pas de moustiquaires dans les chambres mais l'espace extérieur avec piscine et terrasse nous font vite oublier ces détails.

Très bien, mais...

Belle maison, bien située, assez bien entretenue, bien équipée, beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur, belle piscine agréable, environnement très calme, peu de voisins, à distance de marche du centre-ville et de la plage, pas loin des sentiers de randonnée le long de la mer. Le problème vient de la municipalité, qui, comme bien d'autres en Guadeloupe, coupe l'eau plusieurs fois par semaine pendant 10 ou 15 heures chaque fois. Certains gîtes ont des citernes qui réduisent le problème (et remplissent le chauffe-eau), mais ce n'est pas le cas ici. On nous fournit cependant des réserve d'eau en bouteille...mais ce n'est pas très pratique pour prendre une douche (froide)...

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf Guadeloupe verbracht. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen!!! Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Aufteilung ist großzügig, mit einer großen Terrasse und tollem Pool. Nicht nur unsere 3 Kinder waren davon begeistert! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Der Strand und auch der Ort sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Betty ist im Vorfeld sehr nett und unkompliziert. Unsere große Tochter hatte am Ankunftstag Geburtstag und Betty hat Ihr einen Geburtstagskuchen geschenkt. Ganz lieben Dank noch mal dafür! Vor Ort kümmern sich Isabelle und Thierry um alles. Es ist auch hier sehr unkompliziert und nett! Vielen Dank! Das erste Abendessen hat uns Isabelles Mutter gekocht und vorbei gebracht (Colombo de Poulet - sehr lecker!). Wenn es klappt, kommen wir gerne irgendwann wieder!

Villa magnifique

Nous étions 4 adultes à passer 10 jours dans cette villa. Très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée , très spacieuse, très propre. Piscine,transats très agréable. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer au loin, un régal pour prendre les repas. Située au calme à 10-15 min du centre ville et de la plage à pied. Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire et sa famille (planteur de bienvenue ainsi que le petit déjeuner, nous avons commandé un repas fait maison un délice). Je la recommande vivement, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à St François.
