Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests.

This is a very beautiful location! The staff was super helpful and very friendly. This boutique hotel does not have a restaurant but does provide catering, so you can get breakfast in the morning and dinner service in the evening. There is no bar per se but they do serve a mean Plantar 😉 The plunge pool in March ‘24 was amazingly warm, like bathwater! The grounds are beautiful, it’s private and safe. No beach access but you can see the ocean and it is stunning!! Highly suggest renting a car, you can park on the grounds & there are a number of dining options in the area. The staff will help you set up reservations. The only drawback is our TV did not work and the Wi-Fi is a little wonky. We did stay in the first floor, which was next to the kitchen but really no problem. Located conveniently between St. Anne & St. François. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 💜

Incredible view, impeccable service.

This hotel has a fantastic view that will make proud of your choice right at the start. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and professional. Clarisse at the desk has one of the best welcome and advices that I had on vacation. Everything is well thought and perfect. The mattress, the linen, separate towels for pool and even the bathroom products are first class. We liked it so much that we stayed 2 extra days.

Très bel hôtel, en très bon état, bien arrangé, très calme, avec ses deux piscines à débordement donnant sur la mer, superbe ! Personnel absolument charmant : très bel accueil, souriant et attentionné. On conseille vraiment : ça a été notre point le plus positif dans cette semaine en Guadeloupe.

Le site est tout simplement magnifique, à couper le souffle! Nous avons été accueillis par Alexandra, souriante et très professionnelle, avec un cocktail de bienvenue en prime! Le matin, le déjeuner est très varié et excellent, le tout devant une piscine à débordement et la vue spectaculaire! Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place, mais la possibilité de commander un plateau de la mer ou de charcuteries pour le soir nous permet de rester sur place dans la superbe place de détente et de profiter des excellents drinks préparés avec amour, par Stéphanie entre autre, notre gros coup de ❤️. Bienveillante, drôle, sympathique et pleine d'attention, elle a tout pour vous faire passer un séjour agréable! L'endroit est superbe, propre, tout y est, nous avons adoré et c'est un retour assuré! En plus, on a l'impression d'être seuls, tellement c'est tranquille...

Une fois de plus, nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à Amado. Philippe, Alessandra, Laurent et tous les autres membres du personnel ont été si sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les améliorations apportées depuis notre dernier séjour, notamment quelques nouvelles rénovations, un petit-déjeuner plus élaboré et un bar à tapas. Nous recommandons fortement de demeurer dans cet établissement pour un séjour reposant et agréable.

Hôtel tout à fait dans l'ambiance recherchée pour la Saint-Valentin. Calme et charmant, le service est très attentionné. Il faudrait juste un rafraîchissement des peintures et quelques petits travaux pour que l'endroit soit exceptionnel.
