Very nice staff, clean rooms good location. We had a room “garden” view and it was perfect on the upper floor quieter probably then front. We had a good stay.

Room is modern and spacious, nestled right above Times Square and minutes away from Rockefeller Plaza.
I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown NY especially, but nearby subway access makes all of NY accessible given that it’s also feet away from the hotel.

We have been coming to Terranea since they opened. We have brought our families there so many times and it is always amazing there. The service was very nice although very slow at the spa. We didn’t get any service by the pool for two hours till I said something. We got a free upgrade, which was very nice however I was Shocked to see the patio furniture was beaten up with some chairs burned by the fireplace. It makes me a little sad that the property is not maintained as it once was.
