"This hotel is very conveniently located next to Biarritz airport ( just a few minutes walk). The rooms are small but comfortable . It is easy to access downtown Biarritz via taxi...we used Uber . The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very pleasant . It is very good value for money , and a good option if using Biarritz airport."

"The receptionist was so welcoming when we arrived to check, if I could name her I would but I've forgotten her name, nothing was too much bother for her and her English was perfect, not like my French.
