Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. "The location of this flat could not be better. Improvements are in order, however, when it comes to the way the place is maintained. It was not cleaned properly (especially the corners of the floors) and has an overall feeling of neglect. We were also only given one set of keys which was a particular problem because the building must be locked at all times.
