"The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. Would stay again due to ease of getting to chalet and the location for skiing."

Ook in het Engels 👍 Helaas was de piste richting het huis niet open. Wij vonden dat er erg veel persoonlijke spullen waren blijven staan in het huis. "Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!"

"Group of 12 on a cycling vacay from 🇨🇦 (last of 3 stops in France). Home was well appointed with a great common dining area and kitchen that you walk into from the main entry. And a large deck that overlooks the little town and lake (dammed). Bedrooms situated on the two floors above the main so make sure you have your climbing legs activated. We also had access to two sheds ghe easily enabled us to keep our bikes and bike bags stored. Marianne (owner) lives next door and was readily available...

"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
