"Having stayed at OKKO hotels in the past we were surprised the superior room had no fridge and a TV hung on a side wall making it difficult to watch. In the past, the free Club Room food was laid out for you to help yourself. This time, you had to ask (which wasn’t an issue) but there was no choice. Also we had to pay for our soft drinks whereas before you could help yourself to drinks from the fridge. "
