Ve zvýšené ceně za nocleh jsme dle informací od Hotels.com měli mít zahrnutu silvestrovskou večeři - na místě jsme byli nekompromisně odmítnuti (což nás ani moc nepřekvapilo). "The location directly at the river is quiet and beautiful, however it is long drive away from the major sight seeing spots in the area. The resort and its cottages look nice and well maintained. Minor shortcomings: Limited choice of breakfast, no room cleaning, service staff is confused (no overview of reservations, food ordering will be rechecked 3 times before preparing) and doesn't speak English."

"ดิฉันกับสามีเลือกที่พักผ่าน expedia หลังจากที่ได้รับคอนเฟิร์มเรียบร้อยก็เลยมั่นใจว่าคืนนี้เรามีที่พักแน่นอน เลยไปทำธุระกับเพื่อนที่เป็นตำรวจในพื้นที่ก่อน แต่ตอนเย็นโทรไปยังที่พักบอกว่าจะเข้าที่พักประมาณ 2 ทุ่ม หลังจากทำธุระกับเพื่อนเสร็จ พวกเราจึงนั่งทานอาหารเย็นและคุยกันจนเพลิน จนทุ่มกว่าๆ พนักงานโทรเข้ามาว่าพี่ๆจะมาพักแน่ๆใช่มั๊ยจะได้รอค่ะ เราก็บอกไปแน่นอนค่ะ จนเวลาล่วงไป 2 ทุ่มกว่า ดิฉันกับสามีก็ยังขับรถไปไม่ถึงโรงแรม เราขับรถมาตาม GPS จนถึงโรงแรมเอาเกือบ 3 ทุ่ม...
