we stay for 1 night in a raft room. great to wake up too nature until the long tail boats start ferrying the tour groups to the hotspring centre. the breakfast was nice. staff were in my opinion a little lazy. I had to ring reception from the bar to ask them to find the pool staff to turn on the pool water features...because the hotel bar staff really weren't concerned. Thailand is losing its friendliness. I'll only choose a cheap room next time if I return. thanks

景色は最高

温泉目的で行きました。 1日目のボート代は無料でしたが、2日目は375バーツと料金が発生しました。 ホテル内に料金表がなく、、気づかなかっただけかもしれませんが、、温泉入浴料や、マッサージ代などの料金表があれば良いと思いました。 売店の冷蔵庫は電気が入っておらず、飲み物が冷えておらず、全くやる気のない売店でした。

โรงแรมติดริมแม่น้ำแคว แต่ช่วงนี้ำแรงมากๆ แรงจนกลัว

ของห้องพักสิวแม่น้ำ แต่จอเปลี่ยนห้องเนื่องจากมีผู้สูงอายุไปด้วย ได้ห้องพักปีกใหม่ ห้อวกว้างขวางมาก เตียงรอนได้ 5 คนเลย แปลกใจที่เดี๋ยวนี้โรงแรม คอนโด ชอบออกแบบห้องให้เปิดทะลุห้องน้ำได้ ยางที่เป็นกระจกใส บางที่เปิดได้เลยเหมือนที่นี่

Many acctivities to enjoy in this hotel

The rooms in new building is clean, cosy and has very big beds with the good view of river. The bathroom is clean but it would be better if the shower is more power. We love hotel's spa that located across the river and enjoy extream activities at the hotel. Restuarant in hotel is just o.k. not impressed but we can full fill our stomach. The walking path from main building to the new buiding should has roof tho.

โรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ พื้นที่กว่า 30 ไร่ มีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 3 สระ (มีสไลเดอร์ 1 สระ) แต่ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า หลอดไฟ และปลั๊กไฟ ค่อนข้างเก่ามาก มีชำรุดบางจุด แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ให้แก้ไข แต่ก็ไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข เนื่องจากโรงแรมกว้างมาก จึงไม่สามารถเดินเล่นได้ทั่วโรงแรม ที่โรงแรมมีน้ำพุร้อน แต่ต้องติดเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องไปเป็นรอบ (มีวันละ 3 รอบ) ไม่สามารถเล่นไปเล่นได้ตลอดเวลา และที่รีสอร์ทมีกิจกรรมแอดเวนเจอร์หลายชนิด ต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ (จ่ายเงินเพิ่ม) แล้วจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่พาไปยังจุดต่างๆ เพราะถึงค่อนข้างไกล ไม่สามารถเดินไปได้ โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหญ่ แต่พื้นที่จอดรถน้อยเกินไปเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนผู้พักที่โรงแรมรองรับได้

筏の上の部屋は、ベランダから川の流れを間近に見られ、快適だが、レストランやフロントに通うのに、たくさんの階段を昇り降りしなければならず、いいトレーニングにはなるが、ちょっと大変。

言葉の問題も有り、チェックイン時に少々手間取りましたが特に大きな問題はありませんでした。 たまたまですが、夜遅くに周囲の複数の部屋の雑音がうるさかった。 せっかく周囲は静かなのにそこは、残念です。

Adventure to Dawn Service at Hellfire Pass

The hotel is good the service is good but they need to pay more attention to the new wing. The access to the new wing is not very user friendly for families with a lot of luggage. They need to build a ramp access for luggage from the car park.

Mooi hotel alleen overal ver vandaan

Het is een mooi hotel. Alleen ver van de bewoond de wereld vandaan. Heb me er op verkeken dat het zo ver weg van alles vandaan was. Je kon er niet pinnen en een taxi regelde ze ook niet. Dat wisten we dus niet, we hadden alleen euro's bij en met taxi waren we gekomen. Dat was een beetje onhandig. Zijn we met de local bus 70 kilometer verderop gaan pinnen. Was ook wel weer een leuke ervaring, hoe het leven daar echt is..
