Room is reasonably big. Separate bedroom from the lounge and dining room. Small kitchen. The place looks tired and need a make over. Breakfast is very nice and staff are nice and courteous. Location is not bad from tourist attractions.

We have been staying here every time we come to Bangkok since 2017. That in itself tells you all that you need to know.
We have noticed a few small things as time passes though. The interior is certainly getting a bit old. Also during breakfast there used to be an egg station that cooked eggs as you liked. I missed that this trip.
We are coming back for another 4 night stay in a few weeks

Great staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was super clean and the hotel was right next to the park which was great to walk to.

There were random brown stains on the sheets and blankets. I have pictures that I was hoping to attach to show. They also tried to "forget" to give me my 1000 baht deposited back.
