"Booked a deluxe room and got put into a standard room, corrected the following morning and refund issues. Room did not have a proper functioning key lock. Technical simply showed a push and pull solution that did not always work. Rooms are getting very dated, many holes, cracked cement and no bar soap for the sink in either room.
