Another option is take Hong Kong Express to Hong Kong station, walk about 5-6mins to Central station, take a MTR towards Kennedy Town and get off at Sai Ying Pun, walk another 5 minutes to the hotel. This may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage as there are steps.
