"This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability? "

"Nice laid-back place to stay, with cute funky artwork, a nice pool area, mini-gym. Free breakfast was nice. Just off I-10 so easy to get to. I would stay there again."

"Spend a little more and go somewhere else. Every linen and towel in the room was stained, every night when we came back to the room we would have to kill 1 or 2 new baby roaches that would periodically appear near the bathroom. There is a manufacturing facility with an extremely loud air compressor that makes a big chuff noise every 5 minutes or so all night long. On our 2nd night they completely ran out of towels so I had to go to Walmart and buy some. The shower also did not drain and would overflow if you took too long. Everything was worn out and dirty in the hallways and room. Surprised the elevator still functions. Front desk employees were nice and the bed was comfy at-least. I think the fact they very prominently display rhino pills for sale at the check in area says enough about how nice of a hotel this is. "
