"Apartment was lovely as advertised, modern furnishings. Positives: great location, clean bright apartment facing the beach. Negatives: car park was a nightmare to get a space, very loud parties in vicinity, main bedroom bed was not very comfortable - one side dipped into the centre - which was not good at all. Oh swimming pool was only on restricted times not open all the time like we expected. "

"Pros: El apartamento era prácticamente nuevo en una urbanización también moderna. Dispone de parque y piscina, aunque la piscina no pudimos disfrutarla. Cerca de zonas de restauración y de la playa. Terraza muy amplia. Cons: Lo que menos nos gustó fue la fianza que nos pide la plataforma. La próxima vez lo haremos directamente con Lopimar."

"The apartment is well laid out and comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great stay. There are great countryside sunrise views from the large bathroom window and from the bedrooms. There’s a large open field with plenty of parking, a rarity in Bétera. There’s building is indeed a 4-5 minute walk to the Bétera Metro station, wth frequent service, roughly 30 minute intervals, into the center of València.
