After already being charged by Expedia, Elevation charged me two more times. Now I have to wait and make sure those charges fell off. And no concessions were made for their mistakes. Very poor service.

It was a cute little place and we appreciated the virtual check in as we arrived late in the night. The water was not getting hot at one point, but one of the staff was quick to come and assure us it would be back up and working and sure enough it was. Would highly recommend this place.
