Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: laundry, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 170 m, café 10 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.8 km, ferry 1.8 km, sandy beach "Playa de Les Bovetes" 13 km. Surf school 13 km, sailing school 13 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
