The Space:
Searching for the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility? Take a good look at this beautiful single-level home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, situated on 5 private, treed acres just 10 miles (20 minutes) from downtown Sandpoint. The open floorplan is ideal for one family or a couple small families, with large central kitchen, dining, and living areas. Vaulted ceilings and large windows in each room allow natural light to fill the home, and also bring the feeling of outdoors inside. Family meals are a breeze in the fully appointed kitchen, with the option to grill outdoors and eat on the deck.
Guests are able to work remotely thanks to the great WiFi internet available, and even stream their favorite media - movies, tv shows, music. Other amenities include central air conditioning, family board games, and a spotting scope for a front-row seat to all that North Idaho has on display. Bald Eagles are common sighting in this area!
The primary bedroom is located by itself on one side of the home, and boasts a King bed and lovely en suite full bathroom with custom tiled shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite end of the home and have a Queen bed and Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, respectively, and share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full-size clothes washer and dryer are available to guests, with plenty of laundry supplies provided for your stay.

Great Property
Overall great property. The views were great and the management company was really nice. The driveway is difficult, I would suggest only using an AWD vehicle. Really a nice rental.

Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was VERY clean. The beds were comfortable. We ate our meals outside on the deck with an amazing view of the lake. We saw wild turkey, deer, and a resident hummingbird. This is a great place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle!
