"Dear Hotel Manager, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue i experienced during my recent stay. When I checked into my room, there were no towels provided. In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "The staff was very nice at this hotel. Problem with the door keys almost immediately, people hanging out in the lobby and outside, having a room directly across from the elevator and guest laundry room made for a very loud overnight stay. The toilet ran all night and overflowed in the early morning without any use."
