"Lovely hotel, near the #1 bus stop for airport transport and all tours. Easy to walk everywhere. Great staff. My only quibble was being on the ground floor, which was a little noisy"
"Very comfortable room, had everything I needed and more, could have stayed here for much longer. Great location in Reykjavík and amazing breakfast. When I return to Reykjavík someday this will be my first choice! "
"We loved every bit of our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was quite spacious. The hotel has a few free parking spots just behind the building on a first-come first-serve basis which was a plus! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of everything and you can walk everywhere. The hotel also offers a hot tub and sauna for an additional cost but it is so worth it, especially after a long day out, you can get in there and relax! I stayed there with an infant and it was amazing. Overall a great experience! "
"What a great stay. Check in was very easy with help from the friendly staff. We were upgraded, which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and spacious with access to a terrace. The breakfast was good. This hotel is in a great location to walk to anything you may need. I would absolutely book another stay. "
"Excellent helpful staff, especially Tony at the front desk, and Elizabeth, an attentive masseuse in the beautiful Borg Spa.
The rooms were quiet and kept very clean. The location was in the middle of the action - numerous restaurants and shopping was readily available. I would definitely recommend the Borg."

"Excellent property at a walkable stance for Reykjavik's downtown. During weekends P4 is available at no extra cost and just around the corner. Excellent staff service. "
