Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please roll the trash bins to the curb to be emptied on Sunday night.
Make sure all 4 remotes are accounted for: 2 upstairs (cable + TV) and 2 downstairs (cable + TV).
Take all outdoor pool cushions inside and pile them in the outdoor shed, and put the outdoor dining cushions back inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The Village of Sag Harbour regulates noise beyond property lines and establishes a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. nighttime period of quiet hours.
Guests are required to comply with the Village of Sag Harbour Code, which prohibits disruptive noise that disturbs residents.
Fines for a noise violation are upwards of $1000 and will be submitted to VRBO for hosts reimbursement at the bookers expense.

We had a great stay! The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive throughout our visit. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location- just a quick 3 minute drive into Sag Harbor town. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
