Good location, a little pricey, the beds seemed smaller than a Queen but were comfortable. Construction going on in dining area with a hole in the wall! It would be nice to have water and ice in the dining area. By the time we got down for breakfast around 7:00 a.m., the scrambled eggs were all dried up. I realize breakfast started at 4:00 a.m. because of mine and construction workers but I would think there would be other guest dining later in the morning. When checking out, I asked for a copy of my receipt but their computer was being serviced so they said they would send me one. When my husband called Thursday night, he again asked about the receipt, which was emailed immediately.

Ok hotel if you’re in a pinch. Elevator had been out of service for over two weeks and we had to get new keycards each day of our stay because they weren’t working.

Family get away

Staff was great.. this location is under remodeling.. lot of plastic over working areas.. pool had no heat.. but our stay was comfortable.. kids enjoyed the stay.. I will stay again in future..

It was a construction zone! Undergoing renovation. Entered building via a side-entrance and rabbit-warren of corridors because the front lobby wasn’t usable. Outside were many enormous ants. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok.

Overall very nice but the pool dissappointed.

The room was clean and quiet. There was construction going on in the lobby but that seemed to be the case in many hotels in Safford. The pool and hot tub were a disappointment. The pool was cold and the hot tub not very warm. There was debris on the bottom, probably the result of construction. The breakfast was good with a nice assortment of foods and breakfast beverages.

Property is under construction. Hallways are hot and dusty. Front lobby is taped off so you have to go around to a side entry that has a brick holding door open all through night with no one to see people going in and out. Pool was closed you kids were not happy, that’s actually why we picked hotel for the indoor pool and couldn’t use it. Poor staff is in a tiny room that barely has room for desk and filled with clutter. Staff was nice.

Terrible!!

The whole hotel was under construction. Our balcony was under construction. The room literally had rocks inside of it. The smell of dust was overwhelming. They should not be renting out rooms while it’s under construction like this. Very disappointed.
