"The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...

"The property was ok, we stayed in the unit in the back, there was no closet for my clothes, the mattress was terrible it was like sleeping on a cot. The mattress is a memory foam I presume but my back killed me everyday, I was so glad to go home to get a good night's rest. There was no where to iron after finding the iron the last day. I don't know if I'll stay there again."

"I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. "Peaceful neighborhood. Walkable to downtown Safety harbor. Comfortable beds/furniture, very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the Florida Keys vibe. Awesome view out of pool/lanai area. Host was very responsive and checkin process was smooth. Would stay here again!"
