"Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk employee was helpful, very kind and caring at check-in, my only complaints are small but significant.... Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary "

"Very friendly host. One problem arose but Britanee took care of it quickly and with as little disruption to our stay as possible. We stayed over Christmas and brought our own decorations only to find it already beautifully decorated. This was our second stay there and we plan to return for sure! "
