"Our go-to hotel whenever in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are great. I gave cleanliness 5 stars but was actually surprised that there was thick dust on the top edge of the headboard. This is totally out of the ordinary for this hotel. Building and bathrooms are aging and will need to be updated, but is still a great place to stay!"

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked because they said they had a pool and were pet friendly. When I got a check in alert right before my stay (after I had the ability to cancel for free) it said no pets were allowed. I tried to call the property directly to clarify and no one picked up. When I got there, the staff said I could have brought my dog but the pool was out of order. I tried to cancel and they said they’d charge $80 for cancelling last minute. I said that wasn’t reasonable because it wasn’t my fault that I’d been mislead in multiple instances about the amenities. Ashley, the manager, was extraordinarily unhelpful and told me to email the owner because she was unwilling to do anything to help. I emailed the owner, they have not responded and it’s been a week. I will never even try to stay here again and I’m not surprised the rest of their reviews are absolutely terrible."

"The staff were pleasant and handle questions and concerns withrespect and some pleasantries. The room was spacious, clean, however the toddler running around made it hard with elephant footsteps. Staff was able to handle that issue quickly. Stay was pleasant."

"The breakfast was not appetizing,Bestwestern did not offer much. The facility is ok, but the heat/cold fans run constantly, and noisy it is hard to sleep at night. The Queen size beds are small for 2 people."
