"I wanna start by saying that the staff was absolutely incredible! They were nice, accommodating, and very professional! However,We’ve stayed at many Hyatt hotels in various areas and this particular one was by far the worst. We were unaware that one of the Elevators was not in working service and they were doing some sprinkler piping repairs, which made the smell unbearable on that particular floor. The staff was exceptionally nice. They did move us to another floor. Unfortunately, we saw cockroaches in that room."
