The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff are super professional, friendly and went above and beyond making my stay so smooth sailing. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Absolutely loved my stay

The hotel's location is quite good, and breakfast is available (although I didn't get to eat breakfast for three days, they provided me with a meal box each time). The hotel staff were all very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. My only complaint is that the bath towels were quite old and should be replaced.

The property is situated on the corner of 2 streets and faces the ruins in Ollantaytambo. Our room was the loft of the property and we would sit in the afternoon soaking up the sun through the large windows watching people bus in to walk up the ruins. The mother and daughter team that run the property were very helpful and accommodating. They were both friendly and inviting. The room was clean though didn't have heating or a kitchenette available as advertised on Expedia. Payment was in soles & not USD as advertised on Expedia which caused confusion & I had to pay more than advertised on Expedia. The staff were lovely & helpful & it was the most comfortable bed I had slept in for months. Great view from my room of the mountains & Inka site & great breakfast too. Would recommend though some things need changing on Expedia website.

Nice little studio apartment. The apartment had nice views of Cusco, and was a 10 min walk to the main plaza. The apartment is located uphill of the plaza, so be prepared for a steep walk, and the apartment is located up a few flights of stairs. The apartment has a smaller bathroom (standard in Cusco) and the shower has a built in heater unit that only operates from one tap. So you get either hot water and low pressure, or high pressure and cold water. It seems to be a solution for buildings...

Overall, it was a good experience. The exterior was unremarkable, but the interior was unique. The service was good, the breakfast selection was plentiful, and the dinner was delicious and reasonably priced.

Beautiful hotel with super amazing staff. Arranged a breakfast to be ready at 330am for our Machu Picchu tour date. Room was really nice!

Rooms are clean & the staff are a lovely family. I had FUNominal cute of Cusco from my room & it was a short walk to shops & town. Though there are no baths & they aren't happy with what Expedia advertised about them.
