UC Davis Med Cen Charmer + PELOTON
This 1 BR, 1.5 bath offers a ton of natural light in a quiet and convenient neighborhood with walkable amenities. Short walk to UC Davis Medical Center!
Includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and all things needed to cook a gourmet meal.
On the first floor, there is a washer and dryer unit along with a backdoor leading to the shared backyard (and shared orange tree when in season!). The front patio and some walls within the space are also shared since this unit is part of a duplex. There is a third, detached unit in the back of the property as well.
On the second floor, you have your master bedroom and a treehouse-like office.
Bring your Peloton shoes and get ready to ride!
Parking is available on the street with a parking pass (one parking pass is provided). There is non-permitted parking around the corner.
This home is ideal for a couple or single occupancy.
All utilities plus internet included!
Basic Cleaning (no sheet or towel washing) will be completed every other week. The cost is $75 for every cleaning. Please note that this is required for a reservation that is 30 days or longer
Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout
