This elegant property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king, and 3 queen beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the shops in downtown, attending the Folsom Pro Rodeo, strolling through the year-round Saturday Farmer's Market, paddling on Lake Natoma, riding bikes on over 80 miles of accessible trails outside your front door, or exploring the nearby wine country. The house also offers a beautiful chef's kitchen, with a stunning granite island, and large dining room table for your comfort and enjoyment. Unique to this house is a large bonus/TV room upstairs with a large sectional couch and seating area, perfect for guests needing two completely separate entertainment areas. Included in the house is AC/Heat, washer and dryer, iron, and a large sectional couch in the living room overlooking the outside deck with additional dining and seating.
