Welcome to your Folsom getaway!
Whether you’re visiting for work or vacation, enjoy this spacious and artistic home ideally located between Folsom’s natural beauty and its vibrant city life.
Stroll along tree-lined trails to nearby parks, or head to The Palladio for shopping, dining, and a luxury movie experience. Just minutes away are Folsom Lake, Lake Natoma, Broadstone Shopping Center, Empire Ranch Golf Club, Whole Foods, and Lifetime Gym.
This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with a full bed), providing ample space to unwind. You’ll also find 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and a hairdryer for your convenience. An additional living room with a twin bed provides extra space for comfort and relaxation.
Well-behaved pets are welcome! We happily allow up to two fully house-trained dogs under 60 pounds. For allergy and property care reasons, cats can't be accommodated. A $200 pet deposit applies. Pets must be flea-free, kept off furniture, and must not be left alone in the home.
