Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are located in Orange vale and are just about 20 minutes from Downtown Sacramento. We are located close to highways. The home is near lots of food options and grocery stores. You will definitely enjoy your time in this quiet family friendly neighborhood.
The Space:
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is in the master bedroom while the other bathroom is in between 3 other separate rooms. Each room has a queen size bed and the home has a full size kitchen along with a dining room and living room.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home during your stay. Feel free to enjoy the backyard space as well.
The Neighborhood:
We are in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. We are nearby the Birdcage Shopping Center in Orangevale. We are close to Folsom, Roseville and Sacramento.
Getting Around:
We offer driveway, garage and street parking for guests. There is nearby bus stops with public transportation if needed.
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
Interaction with Guests:
We are available via the message thread anytime. We are also about 2 miles away from the home and are available if needed.

Nice Home & Great Neighborhood
Let’s face it, this home is a rental. It’s not perfect. Cosmetically it looks great. We slept really well in king bed in the Master BR. No window coverings in master bedroom or kitchen/family room area. Carpet & windows need cleaning. Backyard was nice & home is located in a great quiet neighborhood & use of double car garage to park our car inside. With that said we enjoyed our stay & was comfortable for our purpose & needs. We would rent this home again. We stayed a week.

Great location! Great pool area!
The pictures do not do this place justice! It was such a beautiful spot. We had a get together with friends and family for memorial day weekend and we all had a blast! I highly recommend this place!
The pool area was lovely. The backyard and desk had Plenty of space for tables and chairs. The provided pool floaties and grill were great as well. Perfect for familes with kiddos as well. Our kids loved the toys and had fun playing hide and seek in the many rooms and closets hahaha!
I could not have pick a better place! Do not hesitate to book your next vacation here!
