It is our pleasure to introduce you our "shabby-chic style" 2 bedroom loft unit. You will be given a set of keys for your own private access to the unit, where you will find a spacious living room with 2 separate bedrooms. Free WiFi and TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. Very useful kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Everything is included in the unit, and you are welcome to use it.
More information The space
This unit has unique decorations and layout. The first floor has a spacious living room with a couch, family size dining table, 48 inch TV. There is a bedroom with 2 twin size beds perfect for adults or families with children. The kids will love the pirate-themed bedroom. Toys in the pirates quarters (kids room) is for decorative purposes only. Please do not play with them or take them out of the room. Any missing or broken items are subject to extra charges.
The Second floor features a romantic master bedroom/ loft with beveled ceilings. (Please note that the ceilings in this room are low, therefore it might be uncomfortable for taller individuals.) It does include a very comfortable king size bed, cotton bedding, down pillows, as well as an extra AC, for those that like it cooler at night. There is a cozy little sitting area for two as well.
Overall, this unit has a wonderful, light, cozy feeling. We do our best to make sure that our guests enjoy their stay and get as much privacy as possible. We provide all the things you might need in the unit. The location is convenient because it is close to shopping centers and recreational areas. It does not matter if you traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area you will be very satisfied with your stay.

You will have your own private 24 hours door access from the right side of the house with your own key, and full and entire privacy during the day.

We really enjoyed staying at this two bedroom. I would have to stay apartment. It was very clean. It was decorated very nicely and I actually didn’t really find anything wrong with the place. We will for sure. Stay here again when we’re back in town and it’s available. This is actually the second Apartment that we stayed in and both are very nice.
Great central location. We have family in both Sacramento and Auburn and Citrus Heights was the perfect in between. Accommodations were exactly as described. Would recommend bring s small portable fan as downstairs bedroom gets warm with the door closed. A great experience.
we were in the area for Auburn ultra marathon. convenient location literally just off hi way. everything as per listing. the bedroom upstairs was very quiet but the bedroom downstairs you can literally here the entire conversation going on next door and them coughing and spluttering in the morning when in kitchen area. That’s my only negative. otherwise clean, practical. straightforward. Does what it says!
We enjoyed our stay at this very clean and quiet property. We'll be back!

Perfect for Needs!
The property was centrally located to the Roseville Galleria, Hwy 80, good food and activities. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities we need for our weekend stay. I had a couple of questions before I arrived and Sergey was very prompt in his responses.
I will stay here again!

What was great: very well supplied with kitchen utensils, soaps , shampoo, etc. WiFi access was awesome. Check in / check out is very fast and easy.What was not great: sharing thin walls with 2 other families on all sides. Expect street parking most of the time. Nearest laundry is miles away.
A pleasant stay in an apartment added to a private home. Separate entrance and on-street parking. Exceptionally clean. Much nicer than a hotel, but for a week long stay we missed having a stove and a washer/dryer. No surprise, but still made it a tad awkward for a long stay. Did not see property manager while we were there, but there was no need to do so. Instructions were long and detailed but perfectly clear.

Better than the listing!
There was an amazing amount of space for us to settle into for a few days. We really enjoyed having the refrigerator and counter space. All the decorating details are well thought out. A detail that we appreciated was the hot water pot on the counter. It was large and enabled us to heat up water for tea without having the taste of coffee from a coffee maker. (That was there too if you needed it). We found everything we needed and the location was excellent! The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Parking was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this property.
Everything was perfect in the house, as usual. But the internet was down. Apparently someone just picked up and stole the router. I know these problems happen, and I know Sergey was working on it, but it was tough (first world problem) to be without internet for the whole time we were there. We will visit again, and I'm sure it will be fixed.
Our family had a wonderful stay at The Cliffs! Jeff was a fabulous host - so prompt to answer questions and offering excellent recommendations. The condo and facilities had everything needed for an amazing vacation. Great location. Highly recommend and we hope to return :)
This property was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the interstate. We took day trips to San Francisco, Yosemite, Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks, and Lake Tahoe. This property is close to the Sacramento airport which is the main reason we chose this location. We enjoyed our time in the home; it was very clean and new, everything was well thought out as far as things you would need day to day for cooking, relaxing, etc...We would stay here again.
We only stayed for two nights but it worked perfectly for our needs during a quick trip to Sacramento. The unit was very clean and spacious. Check in/out was simple. The location is good and we appreciated having easy parking. Thanks Sergey!
